What should I pack? Is there a dress code?

During all meeting sessions, we are asking attendees to dress in business casual attire. (Yes, your “nice” jeans are ok.) We will host an event on Wednesday evening where casual dress is fine for the fun. For the Thursday night dinner and awards, let’s step it up and get a little fancy – get out of your jeans. We’re talking a little dressier than business casual (no need for an evening gown or tux)!

What if I don’t have a room confirmation yet?
Room confirmations will be coming out in early January. If you do not receive a hotel confirmation by 1/13, please reach out to the events team at [email protected].

Will meals be included during RKO?
All meals will be provided during the RKO meeting times. Starting with dinner (at our off-site event) on Wednesday through lunch on Friday (bagged lunches as we depart). All other meals may be expensed in accordance with Zywave’s travel policy.

What should I do if I’m having trouble booking my air travel via Concur?

How should I get from the airport to the hotel (and vice versa)?
There is no need to rent a car. The Tempe Mission Palms hotel offers a complimentary shuttle service. Daily shuttle transportation to and from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is available from 5:30am – 10:00pm.

  • To the hotel: When you arrive at baggage claim and have luggage in-hand, please call the hotel at (480) 894-1400. You will be directed to the proper curbside location for your terminal, and advised of the estimated pick up time.
  • To the airport: The airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes, on the hour and half-hour. Reservations are not required.
